Item Description

Barite specimens are EXTREMELY RARE from this extinct underground Pb-Zn mine, that operated from 1986-93 (MINDAT). This is a very aesthetic intergrown cluster of stout, parallel-growth, lustrous, translucent, cream-colored spearpoints. The bit of bruising lower on the front is barely noticeable and is certainly not a detraction. The artistic form of this rare and excellent piece is remarkable.
