Brazilianite on Albite

Item Description

This is a fine quality and showy thumbnail specimen featuring beautiful, lustrous, gemmy, prismatic, yellow green color crystals of Brazilianite on sharp, very well-formed, somewhat blocky lustrous crystals of Albite. The quality is good on this piece and the crystals are actually gemmy, and not at all "crazed" like many from this area. The largest Brazilianite measures 1.3 cm long. No damage that I can see with the naked eye.
