An exceptional large 360-degree floater gypsum specimen from this famous Oklahoma locale. Striking intergrown graduated in size sprays of sand-included gypsum blades coated with small gypsum crystals form an outstanding, most sculptural piece. The blades on the impressive crestal spray at the top reach about 4.1 cm. Essentially pristine, with only one very lightly bruised edge on an upper blade, amazing for such a soft mineral! Classic Jet gypsum from the Joe Lobell Collection. Joe is a well-known retired dealer and field collector of Oklahoma and Texas material. The quality on this large one is over the top.
