Rhodochrosite (rare 2015 find)

This very rich and showy small cabinet is from a limited 2015 find at the N'Chwaning III Mine. Rhodochrosite is RARE from the newest N'Chwaning mine, which became fully operational in 2006. Sparkly, nubby, pretty pastel-pink balls of tiny rhodo rhombs fully cover undulating sculptural matrix and one side of the piece. This is a rare, rich, excellent and typical habit of rhodochrosite from the N'Chwaning III Mine. Very seldom on the market. This is the largest and one of the finest specimens we recently obtained in a small lot.
