Rich apple-green botryoidal aggregates of translucent mimetite with satin lustre richly and colorfully cover the sculptural, vuggy sturdy gossan matrix on this exceptionally rich mimetite specimen from the well-known 2008 find at famed Mina Ojuela. Scattered pseudocubic and bipyramidal wulfenites, to about 6 mm, are classic and typical accessories and some are hidden in the primary display view. The mimetite richness and wulfenite sparseness are way above average for the find. Valued at $500.
