Mimetite w/ Wulfenite (2013 find)

Shimmering, rich orange, translucent, sugary, elongated mimetite botryoids cover the solid mimetite crust on this sculptural and aesthetic 360-degree small cabinet from the limited 2013 finds at famed Mina Ojuela. The impressive large floret is 2.6 cm on this very showy piece. Complete all-around and in good shape for all of the crystal density. The contacted bottom hosts a few, hard to see, small very glassy wulfenite windowpanes, to about 3-4 mm. It's very hard to tell, that the front of the large floret is bruised and there is a modest bit of noted periphery wear. This is certainly acceptable in the context of this excellent example from the find.
