Item Description

Classic and showy axinite from the historic Type Locality, which also includes epidote. A sculptural dense two-sided cluster of parallel-growth, very glassy and lustrous, transparent to translucent crystals have typical razor sharp edges and classic clove-brown color. Excellent, highly representative axinite and comes with a Burminco label, that dates to the 1950s or 60s.
