Item Description

Glassy, adamantine lustre, cyclically-twinned cerussite crystals, to 8 mm, are aesthetically scattered on the sculptural botryoidal velvet malachite matrix crust. The malachite has a nice chatoyant shimmer, especially the broken botryoids, which reveals the nifty radial growth of the acicular malachite crystals. The two adjacent holes in the malachite add character to this cutie. Showy and classic Tsumeb combination material from the Shields Flynn Collection.
