Bipyramidal Wulfenite xls on Mimetite

Item Description

Classic bipyramidal wulfenite crystals, to 1.7 cm (doubly terminated), are attractively scattered on sturdy, sculptural gossan matrix. The lustrous, translucent color-zoned prisms have the typical butterscotch hues found in these famous 2000s finds. The gossan matrix is cover with tiny oxide-tinted mimetite botryoids, as a nice accessory. Essentially pristine. A fine example from the find with several excellent display views.
