Large Quartz & Hematite

Colorful rich orange iron oxides coat this dramatic, sculptural and large jackstraw cluster of translucent quartz points. This impressive 360-degree combination plate is from this small well-known hill worked by local farmers. The quartz points reach about 7.5 cmm. Classic hematite "iron roses" embedded on the hematite and quartz matrix are a fine accent. Complete all-around. A few broken crystals and gently bruised terminations in the interior and the periphery wear are noted, but are minimal detractions. This remains an exotic, highly representative large richly colored combination.
