Item Description

An impressive and sculptural small cabinet cluster of stout intergrown orthorhombic anglesite crystals accented with starkly contrasting malachite from Tsumeb. The sharp, blocky, classic adamantine lustre, translucent gray crystals are dominated by the two large crystals, at 4.3 and 4.0 cm (compound) respectively. The three largest crystals are pristine on this classic, excellent mounded 360-degree specimen from the Shields Flynn Collection. Hefty lead ore at 595 grams mass. Uncommonly rich and excellent Tsumeb anglesite.
