Item Description

Doubly terminated amber calcite scalenohedrons, to 1.3 cm, are aesthetically scattered on the front of a beautiful rich powder-blue fluorite cube from the famous Denton Mine. The translucent, glassy crystal has interesting stepped-growth faces with satin lustre and the subtle lighter lavender and colorless edge phantoms add pizzazz. This remains a highly representative combination example with this rich blue color, even with the noted periphery wear. The fine blue color is evident, when the piece is back lit. Rich purple fluorescence.
