An impressive, large and desirable pink danburite crystal from the famous mines at Charcas. The very glassy, transparent to translucent crystal has pretty pink color and a classic razor-sharp, chisel termination. The striking termination is pristine. The side car crystal and rich covering of glassy, colorless calcite scalenohedrons on the front are classic and fine acessories. The large crystal is complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a small bruised area on the outer prism edge. A very showy, colorful and excellent large 360-degree danburite from the Joe Lobell Collection of Oklahoma. Valued at $1000-1500.
