Item Description
Mineral specimens of ANY species are very rare from Borovina, a suburb of Trebic city. This is a striking, rare, large sculptural opal vein section. The highly lustrous specimen has rich chocolate-brown color and the conchoidal fractured faces add real pizzazz to this impressive two-sided piece. Choice, rare, colorful and large opal from a Czech collection. Excellent carving material. 500 grams mass.
