A sharp, splendent silver-metallic carrollite octahedron is jauntily set atop the unusual mottled pink and gray matrix (not calcite). The sharp form of the 1.9 x 1.7 x 1.6 cm crystal and the unusual included matrix is noteworthy. The superb luster is characteristic of this rare Cu-Co-Ni sulfosalt. Matrix carrollites are far less common, and the quality of this one is excellent. Complete all-around and pristine. Here is your chance to obtain a fine and unusual miniature matrix carrollite at a very reasonable price point. It has two fine display views.
