Prehnite specimens are RARE and are seldom on the market from the famous Cenral Mine. The front of this sculptural two-sided plate is covered with juicy, translucent, bladed aggregates of pretty mint-green prehnite blades. Scattered tiny copper crystals are a super accent. A surprise and bonus on the back is the large cluster of glassy, translucent calcite rhombs. The Central Mine closed in 1898, but the dumps still produce fine specimens periodically. Classic, rich, RARE and very showy Copper Country prehnite from the Central Mine.
