Item Description

A shallow vug in corroded galena is the host for several, tabular, lustrous and translucent, grayish white anglesite crystals, to 1.8 cm across. They are flat and tabular, and look more like wulfenite than anglesite! One of the premier, older localities for anglesite in the world. Large cabinet pieces are almost unheard of. Valued $2000
