Translucent, pastel-blue nubby bladed bubbly smithsonite botryoids with satin luster are richly intergrown and flanked by glassy tiny hemimorphite blades on this excellent and showy combination from this well-known zinc mine. Rich and uncommon material from finds 3-6 years ago. Bruising to a few botryoids is certainly only a modest detraction. The base and one side have been sawed to enhance the very fine multiple display quality. A highly representative two-sided combination. Valued by the former dealer at $400.
