Item Description

A dramatic and sculptural 360-degree combination from the famous 2008 find at Mina Ojuela. The front of the sturdy gossan matrix is peppered with lustrous, translucent, butterscotch-colored, pseudocubic wulfenite crystals to 1.3 cm (doubly terminated and partly on the side). The front also hosts apple-green mimetite botryoids and a few tiny glassy calcites at the base (unique to the find). There a few more wulfies on the back along with more mimetite. The other side holds a striking, partially hidden 1.1 cm doubly terminate wulfie. This impressive and excellent combination is essentially pristine. Valued at $1000-1250 for size, quality and richness and the piece displays well without aid.
