Item Description

Gemmy, scintillating, rich canary-yellow, hexagonal jouravskite crystals, to 6 mm, cover the starkly contrasting snow-white foliated xonotlite botryoids aesthetically set on the sculptural curved thumbnail matrix wedge. Jouravskite is a rare complex hydrated sulfate carbonate and is a member of the Ettringite Group. This colorful combination is from a recent 2017 find at the N'Chwaning III Mine. Rich, excellent and highly representative combination material from the find.
