Knobby clusters of lustrous, rich pastel-pink rhodochrosite rhombs form a sculptural and cute mounded miniature from this well-known Taxco mine. Black ilvaite microcrystals are a stark and typical accessory for Remedios rhodos. Ex W.S. Logan Rhodochrosite Collection #X90-4 and illustrated in the MINDAT Remedios Mine photo galley in a 2010 photo by Russell G. Rizzo & Cal Neva Mineral Co.
