Dolomite with Chalcopyrite (classic material) (ex Kay Robertson Collection)

Item Description

A classic specimen from Gosenbach featuring attractive, pearly, off-white colored rhombs of Dolomite measuring up to 2.1 cm on edge associated with minor oxidized group of Chalcopyrite on host rock matrix. The piece is in great shape, with little damage, save the periphery where it was removed from the pocket wall. This classic material is seldom available on the market, and certainly worth picking up if you collect minerals of Germany. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#4638).
