A striking and rich large plate covered jackstraw style with very glassy, translucent, colorless tabular hydroxyapophyllite-(K) crystals. The impressive large crystal is 5.0 cm and the field of sparkly tiny mint-green prehnite crystals along one edge is a classic and excellent accessory. This famous 1967 find produced the finest US apophyllites. A showy, excellent and classic combination of the species and famous find. Seldom on the market.
