Item Description

Yellow oxide-included tabular rhodochrosite crystals are aesthetically clustered and scattered on all sides of the sculptural mounded miniature matrix of intergrown, splendent, sharp jet-black sphalerite crystals with striated faces accented with pretty light iridescence. A very choice and pristine 360-degree example from the historic mines at Trepca. Ex W.S. Logan Rhodochrosite Collection # X82-4 and illustrated in Bill's 2013 self-published book, Rhodchrosite - Crystals of Drama and Nuance, on Page 131.
