A striking 5.0 cm, sharply terminated pair of lustrous, translucent, parallel intergrown (possibly twinned) calcite crystals is aesthetically set on the matrix plate covered with a myriad of smaller scalenohedrons. This Wyoming locality is well-known for calcite specimens and this is a most excellent small cabinet example with fine form.
