A sculptural, impressive and RARE large natrolite combination from Nashik. Natrolite is VERY RARE from any Maharashtra locality compared to other abundant Zeolite Group species, such a fluorapophyllite and stilbite. A 8.0 cm dramatically intergrown pair of symmetrical balls of tan natrolite blades is aesthetically set on striking elongated matrix plate on this exceptional combination from a recent 2016 in the Nashik District. The pristine balls jauntily rest on a crust covered with pearlescent stilbite blades and flesh-colored heulandite crystals. This is an outstanding and rare combination natrolite specimen from the find. The piece looks great from either side. Valued by the former dealer at $1400.
