Item Description
Mineral specimens of ANY species are EXTREMELY RARE from this obscure Slovakia county. This is a sculptural and colorful large specimen with three types of opal. Striking, lustrous, slightly translucent olive-green opal masses with dark brown rims are encased in lustrous mahogany-brown opal. The two-sided piece displays well without aid. RARE opal from a Czech collection. 623 grams or over 1.3 pounds mass.
