Pyramidal terminations are RARE on beautiful bubble gum pink tourmalines from Nuristan Province. Most are flat pinacoids. Beautiful variable pink highlights this sculptural cluster of parallel-growth crystals. The high luster, glassiness and striations obscure part of the limpid quality of this very fine specimen. The starkly contrasting preferential frosted faces to the large crystal termination really add character to this exceptional and rare 360-degree piece. Complete all-around and pristine, one lower side is partially contacted, where another crystal once lay, but there is no damage, per se.
