Hydroxyapophyllite-(K) is the uncommon member of the Fluorapophyllite-(K)-Hydroxyapophyllite-(K) Series. Some of the best ones come from the Kalahari, India and Centreville, Virginia. Gemmy, glassy, tan crystals are richly and aesthetically clustered matrix on the showy and excellent specimen from the Charlie Key Collection. The bit of noted bruising is certainly only a modest detraction.
