Here we have a very attractive rich reddish colored Rhodolite Garnet from Tanzania. The color is very saturated, but when it is well lit, it really shines. It is nearly eye clean with a beautiful "Concave Quantum Emerald Brilliant" cut. The red hue is just gorgeous in this gem, and you don't see as many of these stones from east Africa on the market these days. These have sky-rocketed in price recently, as rough seems to be in limited quantity, and a lot of stones are being purchased in larger markets like Thailian, India and China.
