This piece is beautiful display specimen of this classic Brazilian material. Many, sharp, gemmy, classic pink color, hexagonal crystals of Rose Quartz sitting on contrasting light smoky colored Quartz with minor Albite forming a wonderful small cabinet display piece. The Rose Quartz crystals are growing somewhat epitaxially on the Smoky Quartz, and some of the Rose Quartz crystals show slight scepter habits. Some of the Rose Quartz crystals are also notably gemmy, bordering on transparent in areas. Good quality all around, very minor damage and the color combination is show eye-catching and unique in the mineral world. Valued at $900-$1200.
