Item Description

Partially coated in chrysocolla is a large, lustrous cuprite octahedron, measuring 6.3 cm across, with dark cherry red highlights. Smaller cuprite crystals perched on the large crystal exhibit much more red hues than the larger, more opaque core crystal...and all with nice powder blue contrasts. THIS IS A MONSTER for the locality, at 333 grams, and should be valued highly.
