Plumbogummite (strong color)

Item Description

A nearly large cabinet sized display specimen featuring dozens if not hundreds of botryoidal, notably strong blue colored Plumbogummite from a find dating back a few years ago at the Yangshuo Mine in China. The largest "ball" measures about 6 mm across. I think it's safe to say that the Plumbogummites from this mine are the most saturated blue hue for the species. With strong backlighting, the color really comes through on this piece. Choice material for the species and locality and the bit of damage is certainly not detracting from the excellent color and quality. Priced at $950 in the inventory.
