Item Description

The Uvites from Brumado are some of the most unique and interesting Tourmaline specimens out there. The habit is typically compressed, bi-pyramidal, stout crystals, but they are often green or golden in color. This piece features rarely seen RED colored crystals of Uvite with excellent, razor-sharp faces and brilliant luster measuring up to 1.0 cm sitting on sharp, gemmy, colorless rhombs of Magnesite measuring up to 1.1 cm on edge. All of the Uvite crystals are very well-formed and look fantastic up close. The piece would make a great addition to any worldwide Tourmaline suite, or a general collection of Brazilian minerals. Valued at $900.
