Item Description

Wulfenites from Touissit are now infrequent on the market, especially a showy miniature such as this. Perhaps my favorite aspect of this specimen is the fact that it features a predominant, solitary, thick, tabular, lovely butterscotch colored crystal of Wulfenite measuring 2.0 cm aesthetically flaring off the matrix. A lot of Touissit Wulfenites featuring tightly intergrown crystals or layered clusters of crystals, which makes it difficult to discern individual crystals, and this piece has such a lovely distinctive silhouette with the lone crystal at the top of the specimen. To top it off, there is a wonderful secondary sidecar crystal growing nearly perpendicular to the main crystal to give the piece a bit of three-dimensional depth. No damage, very showy and a must have for any miniature collector, a Wulfenite collector, or a fan of Moroccan minerals. Priced at $1,750 in the inventory.
