Item Description
Highly arborescent cluster of Copper crystals from the renowned Franklin Mine in Michigan. The Copper branches begin as well-formed, spinel-twinned Copper crystals with an excellent patina. Some of the crystals remain sharp and well-defined as the branches extend, while many develop a secondary Copper overgrowth. Considering the size of the specimen and the intricacy of the Copper crystals, it is fair to say that this is a fine, old-time crystallized Copper from Michigan's famous Copper Country. The aesthetics are fantastic from either side. Originally priced at $2,500 on previous dealer label, and worth it! .
