Description:A vivid green Cuprian Adamite specimen from the historic Ojuela mine in Mexico. The color is almost as green as Adamite gets from any locality, and the brilliant luster makes this piece very desirable. The piece is in good condition overall and features hundreds of sparkling crystals on gossan matrix. The color is what matters here. This mine is well known for its amazingly intense colors of Adamite, and this attractive cabinet is certainly a great example of said material. You just can't find good Ojuela Adamites like this on the market anymore, and they are a staple of any good Mexican mineral collection. Priced at $2,500.
