A fantastic Anglesite from Tsumeb featuring an oustanding pair of very sharp, blocky, well-formed, lustrous, orthorhombic crystals of Anglesite which are nearly 100% WATER CLEAR. The piece is crystallized all the way around with only a tiny bit of matrix attached on the back. When it comes to Anglesite, most people think of the killer crystals from Morocco, and while Tsumeb did not produce the quantity of fine Anglesites, there were small discoveries that yield superb pieces like this from time to time. The piece is in good shape overall, though there are a few nicks here and there, so it's not completely damage free, but this is about as good as it gets in terms of quality from Tsumeb. I really love the fact that it's not a single crystal, but rather two crystals of varying sizes to give the piece depth and character.
