Item Description

A nice toenail sized Wulfenite from Tsumeb specimen featuring sharp, lustrous, translucent soft golden colored crystals of Wulfenite on matrix. The largest crystal measures 1.0 cm. There are some tiny imperfections as you can see in the photos, but the crytals have excellent luster and are very attractive when backlit. I don't have to tell you that the value of Tsumeb specimens seems to rise daily, and fine quality specimens are now highly sought after, and prized more than ever by dealers and collectors alike. From the worldwide collection of noted Idaho collector Geary Murdock. Among other accomplishments, Geary was responsible for discovering some of the finest gem grade deep blue Aquamarine crystals in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho - which remain arguably the finest Aquamarines from any North American locality. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/36634006/geary-jack-murdock
