A classic Topaz specimen from the famous Thomas Range in Utah. Aside from Red Beryl, this is one of the most sought after and recognizable minerals from the area. A handful of rather gemmy, sherry colored Topaz sitting on soft grey colored rhyolite matrix makes up this attractive thumbnail specimen. The Topaz crystals have sharp, lustrous faces with the classic modifications along the terminations. The largest Topaz measures 1.5 cm long.
