A gorgeous, gemmy indicolite-blue section and a rich peppering of glassy lepidolite crystals highlights this dramatic, shapely and excellent bi-colored toumaline form Pech. The very glassy, highly lustrous, well-striated crystal has a rich purple termination and a very dark purple to black basal section. Complete all-around and pristine, except for a bit of modest contacting at the base, which is only a negligible detraction. Fine indicolite from the Uwe Strauss Collection. 52.03 carats or over 10 grams mass.
