Beautiful different colored tourmalines with different forms comprise this excellent gemmy trio from the Uwe Strauss Collection. The large Afghanistan pretty pink bubble gum crystal has striking limpid "cityscape" terminations and is nicely accented with lepidolites on one side. The gorgeous variably cranberry-red gem with the pinacoidal termination is from Brazil, probably from the famous Cruzeiro Mine. The parallel-growth gemmy teal-green rocket ship crystal is from the famous Pederneira Mine. The pink and green crystals are pristine, with the red gem having only trivial termination edge wear and lower contact, where another crystal once lay, but with no damage. Classic and excellent tourmalines from famous locales. Total mass is 19 grams.
