Old-time, azurite specimens, such as this, from Zacatecas, Mexico are difficult to obtain today. This is a nifty, flattened, elongated, floater rosette of lustrous, sharp, royal-blue azurite blades. Classic, desirable and pristine material from this noted, historic locale. It looks great from either side. These compare very favorably with Bisbee and Morenci specimens.
