Large, beautiful and lustrous, rich cinnamon-orange grossular garnets to 1.3 cm are attractively set atop the matrix on this outstanding miniature from the famous and now-closed Jeffrey Mine. The garnet dodecahedrons have gorgeous, cinnamon-orange, gem fire under bright light and fabulous stepped-growth faces. This is NOT your average garnet color for the Jeffrey. It is rare and highly desirable, a richer hue than most others. Periphery wear is noted on the lower front, but is mostly out of sight. Valued $800-1000. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
