Item Description
An attractive an uniquely colored Aquamarine from Nigeria. The stone is predominantly blue - albeit pastel - in color, but there is a slight greenish overtone, giving this material the nickname "Mint Aqua". We had some of these gems nearly 20 years ago, and we were told they had a trace amount of vanadium that caused the green color. The stone has an "Emerald" cut with slight inclusions. Not your "run of the mill" Aqua gem to be sure.
