The Pingwu Beryl Mine has produced some of the most impressive and unique specimens from any Chinese locality. They stand out as some of the most signature pieces from this vast specimen producing country. Pingwu might be best known for its unique and high quality Aquamarine crystals, which are not only fine quality, but are incredibly distinctive in terms of the rarely seen tabular habit. This attractive full-sized cabinet specimen features several, large, thick, tabular, lustrous, gemmy, icy blue hexagonal crystal of Aquamarine measuring up to 6.1 cm across sitting atop crystallized silvery bladed Muscovite matrix.
