A classic from Morenci! This piece is a well-crystallized "rose" composed of sharp, blocky rich blue colored crystals of Azurite with good luster and form. The piece is in great shape on the display side, and only has a small point of attachment on the underside where it was removed from the pocket wall. Please note there is a tiny bit of attached blue stick tack on the back, and it's not another mineral species. Despite our best efforts to remove it all, a little still remains. It's not easy to get your hands on a 4 cm+ "rose" of Azurite from Morenci anymore, so if you collect Arizona minerals or secondary species, this is a great one to pick up for an excellent price. We had this one valued at $1,500 in our inventory.
