Barite specimens are uncommon and aesthetic combinations of this very high quality are RARE from the world-classic pyrite producing Huanzala Mine. An elegant cluster of opposing parallel-growth, glassy, lustrous, translucent to transparent, ivory-colored tabular barite blades is beautifully perched atop contrasting splendent, mirror-bright, brass-yellow pyrite with very interesting crystal form. The crestal blades reach 3.4 cm. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. You can barely notice the one bruised blade. The architecture of this 360-degree combination rarity is outstanding. A very cool piece.
