Item Description
Interesting, sculptural and colorful color-zoned fluorite from the famous Minerva No. 1 Mine. Striking fortification-style 'battlements' of gem, very glassy, highly lustrous purple, violet and amber fluorite surround the front and sides of the translucent, amber core. Dense clusters of tiny gemmy calcite scalenohedrons add contrast and character to this very showy, 3-dimensional, unusual style color-zoned fluorite combination from this well-known locale. The core GLOWS with golden-amber color, when back lit.
