Datolite with Stilbite (ex Gerry Morvell Collection)

Here we have a lovely association specimen from the famous Prospect Park Quarry in New Jersey featuring a predominant, sharp, lustrous, translucent, 2.4 cm Datolite crystal of a pleasing yellow-green color associated with "sheaves" of beautiful golden brown colored Stilbite. The piece has some roughness in areas, so it's not pristine, but still a good combo piece of these now hard to find speicmens. These specimens are highly prized by New Jersey collectors, and are becoming very difficult to obtain these days, especially since the quarry is now closed and will never produce this material again.
